Food Blog begins

Hello, my name is Mike and I am trying my hand at a food blog for those who are interested in traveling, eating, snacking all while staying fit!  I have recently started living a keto diet mostly consistent of proteins, veggies and fat.  For those who aren't sure what Keto is I would recommend learning about ketosis and what foods are keto friendly.
One of the most challenging things about travel as a business professional or just a family guy on vacation is finding foods that are good for you, taste good and don't pack on the pounds.
In this blog I am going to be reviewing restaurants, healthy gas station and grocery store snacks.  I may also give a few exercise tips as well (for getting in those extra steps while working).
I have been on a weight loss journey for a while now and hope that I can give some useful advice that will help those who want a healthy body in 2019.
