How I lost 30 lbs.

I started my weight loss journey only a few short months ago in October of 2020.  I signed up for a gym membership with my family, and so far I can say it has changed my life!  

2020 brought hardships on many people. I managed to excercise and lose weight despite a demanding job and pandemic.  How?  Determination.  

I would like to say that I used the keto diet or that I changed something other than just exercising, but I didn't.  sure I watch what I eat, but nothing too special I just eat less calories than I am burning.  30 lbs.  came off so far during my journey.  I still have a ways to go, but I am working hard to keep going!!!
