Secret Workout Revealed!

 I promised I would reveal my workout, so here it is!  It really isn't a secret though๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

  • 20 minutes of cardio.  My favorites are running on the treadmill 3-4 times a week or sometimes I switch it up with biking 2-3 times a week.
and then.......
  • 30 minutes of weight training 3-4 times a week.
I'll break down the weight training.
  • 10 minutes biceps/triceps
  • 10 minutes abs
  • 10 minutes pecs
I always give myself at least one recovery day.  I find the body needs this to grow stronger!
