Secret Workout Revealed!
I promised I would reveal my workout, so here it is! It really isn't a secret though๐๐๐
- 20 minutes of cardio. My favorites are running on the treadmill 3-4 times a week or sometimes I switch it up with biking 2-3 times a week.
and then.......
- 30 minutes of weight training 3-4 times a week.
I'll break down the weight training.
- 10 minutes biceps/triceps
- 10 minutes abs
- 10 minutes pecs
I always give myself at least one recovery day. I find the body needs this to grow stronger!
