2023 Fasting
As I reflect on 2022 I think about all the goals and exercise diet plans I tried. Many people try and many people fail when it comes to exercise and diet. There is no doubt in my mind that exercise and diet are the two ways to lose weight and feel healthy as stated by every doctor personal trainer or exercise enthusiast I have ever spoken with. Let's discuss what worked. I don't like to focus on things that don't work or give me unwanted results. Let's talk about fasting. For 7 months I decided to fast for 16 hours a day every day. I learned that fasting actually gets easier to do the more you do it. First, I experienced mental clarity. I found that I was able to focus on work and solving problems with this clarity of mind.
